5. What is the Airline paper ticket ?
Sometimes e-tickets are not available for some flights due to some reasons:
issuing tickets on code share flights with another airline which doesn't have e-ticket interlining agreement
and operating carrier will not be able to see the issuing carrier's ticket.
if the destination airport does not have access to the airline system who booked the flight, the paper ticket must be issued.
6. How can I use paper airline ticket ?
We ship all paper tickets by certified mail to our clients as soon as paper ticket purchased.
Paper ticket consists of a receipt coupon, and further coupons for each individual flight of the trip.
Paper airline ticket must be presented to the airline during check-in at the airport.
If you lost your paper ticket, you have to contact with us or directly with Airline. All airlines apply fees to re-issue lost or stolen paper tickets.
7. How can I pay for my airline ticket ?
We accept all kind of payments:
major credit cards, personal or corporate checks, money orders, traveler's checks, cash. We verify all credit card information before any reservations can be processed and
If you prefer to pay by credit card, we may ask to complete credit card authorization form.
If payment done by checks or money orders, we issue your airline ticket as soon as our bank cleared the funds ( usually it takes 2-3 business days )- In
this case we do not recommend to delay with sending your payment. We do not guarantee the availability & prices until the airline ticket reservation fully paid.
All airline ticket reservations paid by cash are processed immediately.
8. What if I want to cancel my paid airline ticket reservation and get money back ?
Once airline ticket has been issued, all changes in your reservation are subject to fee.
Some airline tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. If the air fare allows changes, a fee may be assessed.
Fee schedule: from $ 200 for date change plus difference in fare if applicable, from $ 300 for airline ticket cancellation. Please ask our travel agents about cancellation policies for your specific reservation before it's paid.
All cancellation must be done at least 1 day prior to departure. Cancellation and refund policies are subject to airlines rules. Partially used and no shows have no refund value. All airlines require tickets to be submitted for refund prior to departure date provided
that the reservation was cancelled. All paper tickets must be returned to our office for refunds or exchanges. Refund process may take up to 4 weeks.
