14. How fast do we get our airline tickets ?
All e-tickets reservations are being processed within 2 business hours. Your electronic ticket confirmation will me e-mailed shortly.All paper airline ticket reservation are being processed within 2 business hours and shipped within 24 hours to your mailing address by DHL or USPS , depending how soon do you need your ticket(s) and/or what shipping service have your requested.
15. How far in advance should I purchase my airline tickets in order to get the lowest possible airfare ?
We recommend to purchase your airline tickets as far in advance as possible to get the cheapest possible airfare. Some airlines allow to book tickets 8-11 months in advance. The airline ticket price depends on seson, availability, airline restrictions and rules and many other factors.
16. Credit / Debit card transactions.
We accept all major credit / debit cards issued in the USA. Before we make any ticket transactions, we verify credit/debit card billing address matches the address provided. Depending on security criteria, we may find it necessary to have a credit card authorization form completed and signed by the credit card holder and sent to us by fax or e-mail. Sorry, we do not accept third party credit card for any airline ticket transactions.
17. My name is misspelled on the airline ticket. Will this cause any problems?
Yes, the name on your ticket must be as same as in your ID/passport. If your name is misspelled on your airline ticket, please contact us (800) 790-8960. Reissue of the tickets may involve additional charge from the airline.
18. I can't find available flights online.
There are several reasons this might happen. You may see an error message such as “unable to sell” this means that while you were making your reservation that class of service was sold out. In this case you can try to search again little bit later or give us a call at (800) 790-8960.
